GenAI Video App provides AI-powered video generation services. Users can generate videos using text prompts. We offer both free trial credits and paid subscription plans/one-time purchases to access our services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New users may receive a limited number of free credits.
  • Additional credits can be purchased via in-app purchases (monthly subscriptions or one-time packs).
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies (Apple App Store/Google Play Store).
  • Credits are used to generate videos and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you generate. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

You agree not to generate content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The GenAI Video App, including its software, design, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenAI Video App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
